Drone LiDAR Scanning
Millimeter-accurate aerial point clouds captured by sensor-equipped UAVs.
// Coverage / AR
Engineering-grade aerial LiDAR anywhere in Arkansas — captured by FAA-certified pilots near your site, processed to one national QA standard, delivered in the formats your team works in.
01// Field Notes
Arkansas divides between the folded Ouachita Mountains and dissected Ozark Plateau in the west and the pancake-flat Mississippi Delta in the east. Hardwood canopy on the mountain slopes is thick enough that leaf-off flights from late fall through early spring make a measurable difference in bare-earth quality, while Delta cropland captures cleanly whenever fields are clear.
Class C airspace covers Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas National Airport near Bentonville, and Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville generates steady C-130 traffic north of the capital. Outside those areas most of the state is uncontrolled, so rural corridor and timberland flights rarely need any authorization.
The Bentonville–Rogers–Fayetteville corridor is among the fastest-growing metros in the South, and its residential and commercial site development — along with I-49 corridor work — drives the bulk of our Arkansas demand. Steel mill expansion around Osceola in the northeast Delta and drainage and land-leveling projects on row-crop ground add industrial and agricultural work.

03// FAQ
Most Arkansas projects fall between $2,500 and $15,000 depending on acreage, vegetation, deliverables, and whether certified survey control is required. Small single-site scans start lower; large or corridor projects are quoted per linear mile. Send a KML of your site and we return an exact quote within 24 hours.
Yes — Pro LiDAR contracts vetted, FAA-certified pilots across Arkansas, including the Little Rock area. Because capture happens locally, you don't pay travel mobilization for most sites, and weather windows can be hit quickly.
Our point clouds, DEMs, and contours are engineering-grade and drop directly into CAD, GIS, and BIM workflows. When a deliverable must carry a professional land surveyor's certification, we partner with licensed surveyors in Arkansas to provide it. Remote Optix Inc. and Pro LiDAR are not professional land surveyors and do not represent themselves as such.
