Drone LiDAR Scanning
Millimeter-accurate aerial point clouds captured by sensor-equipped UAVs.
// Coverage / NH
Engineering-grade aerial LiDAR anywhere in New Hampshire — captured by FAA-certified pilots near your site, processed to one national QA standard, delivered in the formats your team works in.
01// Field Notes
New Hampshire is granite hills under dense northern hardwood and spruce-fir, rising to the White Mountains in the north. Bare-earth quality improves sharply during the November-to-April leaf-off window, and spring mud season is often the limiting factor for ground access rather than flight conditions.
Manchester–Boston Regional's Class C is the state's principal controlled airspace, with the tower-controlled field at Pease International Tradeport covering the Seacoast. Beyond those two areas, most of the state flies under Part 107 with no authorization required.
Growth along the Nashua–Manchester corridor and in the Seacoast towns drives residential and commercial site work, and the state's licensed surveyors lean on aerial LiDAR to cover wooded parcels that would take days on foot. Hydro assets, aggregate pits, and ski-area master planning add recurring niche demand.

03// FAQ
Most New Hampshire projects fall between $2,500 and $15,000 depending on acreage, vegetation, deliverables, and whether certified survey control is required. Small single-site scans start lower; large or corridor projects are quoted per linear mile. Send a KML of your site and we return an exact quote within 24 hours.
Yes — Pro LiDAR contracts vetted, FAA-certified pilots across New Hampshire, including the Manchester area. Because capture happens locally, you don't pay travel mobilization for most sites, and weather windows can be hit quickly.
Our point clouds, DEMs, and contours are engineering-grade and drop directly into CAD, GIS, and BIM workflows. When a deliverable must carry a professional land surveyor's certification, we partner with licensed surveyors in New Hampshire to provide it. Remote Optix Inc. and Pro LiDAR are not professional land surveyors and do not represent themselves as such.
