Drone LiDAR Scanning
Millimeter-accurate aerial point clouds captured by sensor-equipped UAVs.
// Coverage / OK
Engineering-grade aerial LiDAR anywhere in Oklahoma — captured by FAA-certified pilots near your site, processed to one national QA standard, delivered in the formats your team works in.
01// Field Notes
Oklahoma transitions from Ozark and Ouachita hill country in the east — dense oak canopy, best flown leaf-off — through cross-timbers scrub to open shortgrass plains toward the Panhandle. Spring is peak severe-weather season, so we build storm-day float into April and May schedules.
Class C rings at Will Rogers World and Tulsa International cover the two metros, and military airspace is significant: Tinker AFB east of Oklahoma City, Vance AFB's training area around Enid, and the restricted zone over Fort Sill near Lawton all require routing attention.
Western Oklahoma's wind corridor keeps turbine-site and access-road mapping steady, while oil-and-gas activity in the SCOOP and STACK plays drives pad and pipeline work. Turnpike widening programs and Oklahoma City's ongoing downtown building cycle add civil and construction demand.

03// FAQ
Most Oklahoma projects fall between $2,500 and $15,000 depending on acreage, vegetation, deliverables, and whether certified survey control is required. Small single-site scans start lower; large or corridor projects are quoted per linear mile. Send a KML of your site and we return an exact quote within 24 hours.
Yes — Pro LiDAR contracts vetted, FAA-certified pilots across Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma City area. Because capture happens locally, you don't pay travel mobilization for most sites, and weather windows can be hit quickly.
Our point clouds, DEMs, and contours are engineering-grade and drop directly into CAD, GIS, and BIM workflows. When a deliverable must carry a professional land surveyor's certification, we partner with licensed surveyors in Oklahoma to provide it. Remote Optix Inc. and Pro LiDAR are not professional land surveyors and do not represent themselves as such.
