Density altitude above 5,000 feet is a real flight-planning factor, and summer afternoons bring reliable mountain-driven thunderstorms — we fly morning windows and watch spring snow squalls on the shoulder seasons.
DEN's Class B rises over the northeast metro, with Centennial Airport — one of the busiest general-aviation fields in the country — holding down the Tech Center side and Buckley Space Force Base adding military coordination in Aurora. Rocky Mountain Metropolitan covers the northwest suburbs, and nearly every controlled shelf in between is LAANC-enabled for fast authorizations.

Most Denver projects fall between $2,500 and $15,000 depending on acreage, vegetation, deliverables, and whether certified survey control is required. Small single-site scans start lower; large campuses and corridors are quoted per site or per linear mile. Send a KML of your site and we return an exact quote within 24 hours.
Because our FAA-certified pilots are local to the Denver area, most sites can be captured within days of contract — weather and airspace authorization permitting — without travel mobilization costs. Processed deliverables typically follow within one to two weeks depending on scope.
Our point clouds, DEMs, and contours are engineering-grade and drop directly into CAD, GIS, and BIM workflows. When a deliverable must carry a professional land surveyor's certification, we partner with licensed surveyors in Colorado to provide it. Remote Optix Inc. and Pro LiDAR are not professional land surveyors and do not represent themselves as such.
